A creative menu compiled by eminent chefs
To perfect this experience, Air France has called upon the "Studio Culinaire Servair", headed by Joël Robuchon, the chef who earned the most Michelin stars worldwide in 2009, with Guy Martin, Michelin-starred chef of the renowned Paris restaurant Le Grand Véfour, and Jacques Le Divellec, Servair consulting chef. Together, they participate in developing meals and choosing the products and recipes that make up the La Première menu. The same high standards and attention to detail are brought to Air France flights originating outside France.
Menus in step with every season
Each meal and ingredient is selected with great care given to authenticity, intense flavors, and seasonal harmony.
After a cocktail, you’ll enjoy a surprising mix of amuse-bouches, followed by soup, a carefully prepared main course, a selection of cheeses, and a basket of warm, crusty bread.
Round off your meal with a touch of refinement - a dessert created by Lenôtre (for Paris departures), a fruity pleasure from our fruit basket, or a refreshing selection of our ice creams and sorbets.

The entire La Première wine cellar and a selection of the day are displayed in the wine list, compiled by Olivier Poussier. Choose one of our exceptional wines to match your tastes, with the aid of each bottle’s label and a description of grape varieties and vintages.
We also offer special vintage (“cuvee special”) champagnes, liqueurs, and a selection of 9 varieties of teas and herbal teas created by Hédiard for a world tour of delectable flavors and savory traditions.
