Terms and Conditions of additionnal baggage allowance

This service is aimed at customers who wish to travel with baggage that exceeds the number of bags permitted (excluding the transport of domesticated animals).
It can be accessed via online check-in for departures from certain airports and only on flights operated by Air France, regardless of the travel class and destination.

Additional baggage allowance can be purchased online* for 20% less than the purchase price at the airport.
Extra baggage allowances are customer-specific and may be purchased on certain www.airfrance.com sites** by credit card only. If you prefer, you may also purchase an additional baggage allowance at the airport at one of our Self-Service Kiosks. Discount does not apply in this case.
Baggage allowance may not be changed and are non-refundable. In the event of transfers, the rate applies to the entire trip (from origin to final destination).

This baggage supplement can be combined with the extra baggage allowance offered to Flying Blue members and Club 2000 cardholders.

* It is not possible to purchase an additional baggage allowance online for flights to and from Amman, Damascus, Jeddah, N´Djamena, Nouakchott, Malabo and Riyadh.
