Disfrutar is Barcelona's unmissable gourmet restaurant: just indulge and enjoy!

Opened in 2014 and already a Michelin one-star restaurant, Disfrutar is the baby of three cooking enthusiasts: Mateu Casañas, Oriol Castro and Eduard Xatruch. At once laid back and welcoming, the restaurant offers Mediterranean specialities of avant-garde style. You will choose between three menus of 20 to 30 dishes each: the Classic that is served all year long, the Festival that is reimagined every season and the Tasting which mixes the first two. Don't let your plate baffle you: the gelatinous and transparent macaroni – served with truffle mousse and parmesan – are delicious. Before shovelling down that whisky pie for dessert, the restaurant urges customers to wash their hands in… whisky! You will therefore be able to really appreciate the scent and flavour of this alcoholic dish. Disfrutar surprises even more with stylish decoration, mostly based on ceramics, giving the place a bright and sober feel, all the way to the open kitchen, which you'll pleasantly view over.
