On the second floor of Le Consulat hotel in the Chiado neighbourhood, Taberna Fina plays the part of gastronomical inn. If chef André Magalhães puts the emphasis on the quality of typically Portuguese products that are always fresh and seasonal, he does not limit himself to national cuisine. His dishes are unpretentiously suffused with worldwide influences, especially from Latin America.
Seating twenty amid dark colour walls and art photos, it plunges you in Lisbon's most intimate side. The menu will not be revealed before being served and changes constantly – it is strongly advised to warn the restaurant beforehand in case of food allergies. The gastronomical journey goes on through ten exceptional culinary milestones: three pre-dinner nibbles, an appetiser, a starter, a fish dish, another one with meat, a cheeseboard served with on-demand jams and then two desserts… as well as mini-pastries to round it off. Let yourself be led and take time to enjoy!
