Marxito : street food with a star

The world of street food has been stirred up. It is 2-star chef Thierry Marx's time to launch his fast food establishment.

Two steps away from the Champs-Élysées, Marxito is a summary of the two founders' names (Thierry Marx and Ora Ito, a designer from Marseille) and love for Japanese culture. Under Ito's drive, the restaurant's universe takes on a powdered pink and futuristic look, shaking up the codes of what a fast food restaurant ought to look like. The revisited Marxito sandwich is halfway between a Breton buckwheat pancake and a Japanese dorayaki, stuffed with good organic ingredients from small French producers. Served sliced in half, the Marxito is available in five savoury versions: "Smoky Mozza", "Avocado Heaven", "Pastrami Fireball", "Pink Salmon" and "Saké Paper Beef". As for desserts, choose between three sweet Marxitos: "Matcha", "Nuage" and "Choco", as well as other comforting treats. Marxito also offers an "Egg Max Morning", consisting of a fried egg, some spinach leaves and some cheddar. Perfect for breakfast before starting on a shopping spree along the Champs-Élysées.
