The Piaf, for crazy Parisian nights

In the 8th arrondissement of Paris, the trio formed by Romain Taieb, Olivier Salem and Jean Mat opened Le Piaf, a popular nighttime nest in the capital.

At the corner of Jean Mermoz and Faubourg Saint-Honoré streets, push open the door of this establishment that is at once restaurant, bar and club. Behind thick, dark curtains, a space all dressed in red plunges you into a soft and cosy atmosphere, elegantly illuminated by flashy chandeliers. New York speakeasy vibes? Without a doubt! Relax in the seats and velvet benches for an evening that has just begun.

Until the stroke of midnight, order a delicious rack of lamb in caramelised garlic or scallops and roasted cauliflowers, unless you prefer a freshly made cocktail at Piaf's long counter. Let the wild rhythms of various musical artists carry you along: you own the night.
